A few things...

These first ones were taken on December 11th by Amanda. She did a beautiful job!

This is Will during Hanukkah. He's very careful to light the menorah and say the blessings each night.

Amanda's skill... my new outfit. This was taken January 3rd-- Almost 100lbs weight loss from my highest weight.

Updates

Today, I have lost 75lbs.

I also made a video of my progress so far. It's not long but might take a bit to download if you're on dialup. Fair warning!

I'm about eleven weeks out as of 10/07 - 60lbs lost.

These latest are in reverse order but they make more sense to me this way.

Same view from this weekend, which is slightly less than 7 weeks out and 50lbs lost. Not too shabby.
